Today marks one year since we did our first live performance as ‘Saltwater Jam’ acoustic duo. Add 8 months of previous rehearsal, then fast forward 26 gigs later, and today we reckon we’re a well oiled music machine.
We’ve been on the road (like a real band) as far north as Jurien Bay, south to Yallingup, east to Kalgoorlie, and west to… Mandurah? We’ve trashed hotel rooms, thrown TVs out of windows, and been busted for narcotics at international airports.
Ok so that last part might have been a lie, or a fantasy. Rock’n’roll ain’t what it used to be. More like Sunday afternoon playing background music in the beer garden of the local pub, and home by 6pm.
Anyway, thanks to Leslie Hinton Entertainment Agency, Doublegee Entertainment, a few local venues in the Peel region, and friends who’ve come out to see us play. Looking forward to the next year!
