Since the outbreak of Covid-19 across the world most of our lives have been turned upside down. There aren’t many people who haven’t been affected in some way. The lucky ones can either carry on as usual or re-invent themselves. In my case my means of earning a living vanished overnight as I’m a full-time musician playing in bars on the weekend and teaching guitar students during the week.
I’m certainly not complaining as most of us are in the same boat. I consider myself one of the lucky ones because I haven’t personally been exposed to the disease so I’m healthy. It’s just my economic position I have to worry about. So here I am re-inventing myself!
From today I’m shifting all my one on one guitar lessons online and teaching via webcam. The world is changing and I’m changing with it. I hope you can come with me. On the plus side, it forces us all to never become complacent and to always be open to new opportunities. Perhaps this could be an opportunity for you or someone you know?
